Week 6

Things seem to be looking a bit more positive at this point!

No new cases of COVID-19 in Lebanon as far as I know, no new cases registered in Berlin since yesterday, a potential vaccine is being developed at the University of Oxford, and I have no idea what else there is because I have been avoiding all negative news related to this topic!

I have been focusing more and more on myself lately because I realized that at the end of the day, I literally live in my body, this one body, that I need to love and take care of.

Speaking of, Laura Atoui Hasbini just joined my blog to write to you about one topic in particular: running!

In order for us to help you love the body you’re living in even MORE, we thought why not start with running?
You don’t need any equipment to start and Laura will help you understand all you need to know if you’re a beginner like me!

I will be following her tips myself so stay tuned for a new blog post from her every Tuesday!

In other news, I think I might have another job opportunity coming up – that was pretty quick if you ask me- and it made me smile today.

Which also got me thinking how important it is to surround yourself with people who push you to do better, no drama no negativity!
People who motivate you, send positive energy your way, no jealousy or hate!

I’m grateful for those people in my life because they bring out the best in me and I never have to wonder if they truly care because they simply show it.

It took me long enough to realize that not everyone who asks about me cares, but surely everyone who cares shows it in the most effortless way possible – because it’s genuine, and you’ll know when it is.

People usually show you who they are regardless of their sweet words, and it’s totally up to your heart to decide whether to believe them or not!

Tell your heart to buckle up though, it might be one hell of a ride before it decides to finally let go.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift is always there for you to cheer you up 😂

Stay safe and get ready to run! 🙄❤️
